I had the honor of capturing FOUR generations of beautiful strong women and the experience was very special. 

Moments like this remind me of my beloved grandmother Rosalie, who lived to be 62. After Her passing I lost the opportunity  to capture beautiful heirloom portraits of the three generations before me. 

I always say that photography is evidence we exist in this world. Photographs will outlive us. Yet, how often do you see mom in front of the camera; let alone grandmother or great-grandmother? My guess is not often. There are likely years where the women you love have gone unrecorded. 

A mom's highest value is her family, yet she's not photographed with them very often enough.
